Aperol Spritz Start Bar

To introduce the Aperol Spritz to UK bars, we created the Aperol Spritz Start Bar. A touring experiential installation inspired by the Italian Aperitivo ritual. The bar educated trade and consumers on the perfect 3-2-1 serve while bringing the brand’s relaxed Italian spirit to life. Designed as a welcoming 360° bar, it featured industrial-meets-Italian styling, Vespa seating and playful touches like “Push for Aperol” table service buttons.
